A BILL to amend and reenact section eleven, article one-d, chapter
five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of the
governor's office of fiscal risk analysis and management.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section eleven, article one-d, chapter five of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1D. GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF FISCAL RISK ANALYSIS AND
MANAGEMENT.
§5-1D-11. Continuation of office.

The office of fiscal risk analysis and management shall
continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand three
four,
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of such article.

office of fiscal risk analysis and management until July 1, 2004,
pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
